Ideal for follow up appointments, or targeting one small problem area, treating a specific injury or the perfect quick relief. Most common areas treated are neck and shoulders or legs.

Ideal for maintenance or those wanting work on more than one area. This is the recommended duration for new clients which will include the initial consultation which typically last 10 minutes. Hands on therapy is conducted for the remainder of the time.

Ideal for fully body, it allows the therapist to work into all problem areas thoroughly to break down muscle adhesions and relieve all over tension.

Discounts
We offer discount for block bookings. To receive the discount the appointments must must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
3 appointments = 10% discount
6 appointments = 15% discount
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows that are made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service fee.
Client’s who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be required to pre-pay for future services.
